From this chapter till the end of this Gospel we will be discovering and unpacking Jesus' “Final Words” in his last week on earth. We are grateful to gather together for this Christmas tradition of lighting candles together. The candles symbolize darkness being cast out by the Light of the world, who is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, then you have the light living inside you, and the power to lead others to hope and salvation in a world that can be very dark.
